Buttermilk Biscuits
You will need:
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Mix Flour and Sugar. Mix Oil and Buttermilk, and pour into flour. Knead quickly. Roll out on floured surface to 5/8 inch thick. Cut with floured biscuit cutter or Iced tea Glass. Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake at 500 degrees until brown.
