Sausage Cheese Biscuits
These were my Dad's favorites, and my Mother still makes them for parties and family gatherings. Serve these hot with Strawberry Preserves and mustard .J
You will need:
1 lb. Mild Bulk Pork Sausage
1 11 oz. Can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cup water
3 cups biscuit mix
Brown Sausage and onion in skillet, drain well. Combine everything ina large mixing bowl until dry ingredients are moist. Rol into small balls or brop by tablespoons full 2 " apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
These also freeze well so make some ahead for unexpected guests or family treats!
